New! Christmas Story BIG Block Set (Also available in the regular AlmondRod size) - These blocks are almost 50% larger than AlmondRod's well-known and loved Saint Blocks. The newly designed and versatile set can be played with at a little prayer altar or displayed above a fireplace. Check out the combinations these blocks can be used for during Advent, Christmas, Epiphany, the Annunciation, and the Feast of St Joseph.
BACK SIDES: The backs of 5 of these blocks have Catholic prayers, Scripture, or Saint quotes designed to be read quietly during play or out loud for your family's Solemnity celebrations. Mary's block has artwork for pregnant Mary during Advent on the back. And baby Jesus's block has an empty manger waiting for his arrival during Advent.

HARD MAPLE BLOCKS: the precision cut and super smooth maple wood BIG blocks are approximately 3-3/4 inches x 1-7/8 inches x 7/8 inches. REGULAR size blocks are 2-3/4" tall. No chemicals or finishes are used.

DECAL: I paint the original art in watercolors and then make it digital. The decal copy is printed professionally on heavy duty, high-tack, weatherproof polyester paper, which gives them as much baby proof durability as possible. They are hand cut and laminated so the image is incredibly durable and scratch resistant.

NONTOXIC: Super safe for all ages. Child safety certified as a toy. No chemicals or finishes used the wood at all. The decal is laminated polyester. The inks are laminated so they never come in contact with children. Made and shipped at a smoke-free and pet-free home.
